María Margarita, a member of a family living in a mining town in the Atacama Desert (Chile), is the youngest of four siblings. For this family, the most special time of the week is Sunday, when they go to the cinema to escape their daily lives and enjoy the stories that take them to other worlds. Soon, the family realizes that the little girl has a very special talent: an almost mysterious ability to tell the stories of the films. As the extraordinary talent of the girl spreads throughout the village, and the fate of the family changes forever, the whole country will be affected.
